first, collect your ingredients: for 3 servings of pasta
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/3 cup parmiggiano reggiano cheese, grated
1 Tbsp butter
A dash of black pepper
now, put a pan on medium heat, and melt your butter until it looks like this:
